Two-Day Placement Training Program at Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a two-day placement training program at Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery, designed to boost students’ confidence and preparedness for campus recruitment. The sessions were led by experienced trainers — Mr. Vishnu Prasad (Senior HR Professional & UNDP-Certified Trainer), Mr. Sujith Surendran (Certified Life Skill, Soft Skill, and Corporate Trainer), and Mr. Ajay Sreedhar (Corporate Trainer) — who brought rich industry insights and hands-on expertise to the program.

The training began with icebreaking activities, encouraging student interaction, team-building, and self-expression. This was followed by a session on resume building, where students learned to create polished and professional resumes tailored to current industry standards. On the second day, the focus shifted to interview skills, covering essential areas such as HR and technical interview preparation, communication techniques, and mock interviews for real-time practice.

This highly interactive training program gave students a platform to develop soft skills, build professional presence, and prepare effectively for placement drives.
