Leadership and Personality Development Program at Mount Tabor Training college

Team INSPIRE, in collaboration with Srishti Campus, hosted an engaging session on Leadership and Personality Development for the B.Ed students of Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram on January 22, 2025. Led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, a UNDP-certified soft skills and life skills master trainer, the session featured interactive games, practical insights, and meaningful discussions.

Students discovered their leadership potential, acquired confidence, and valued teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving. The session inspired them to design inclusive and powerful spaces for learning in their future classrooms.
