SIGNAL 3.0: Campus to Corporate Transition at College of Engineering, Poonjar

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus had the privilege of leading a dynamic session on “Campus to Corporate” as part of SIGNAL 3.0, the tech fest organized by the IEEE at the College of Engineering, Poonjar. Conducted by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, a UNDP-certified Soft Skills and Life Skills Master Trainer, the session provided students with valuable insights into transitioning from academic life to the corporate world.

The program focused on professional communication, workplace flexibility, leadership skills, and career readiness, allowing students to get a better grasp of industry standards. Through engaging talks and interactive activities, participants explored techniques to enhance confidence, build professional networks, and develop necessary skills for job success. The session emphasized the significance of adaptability, lifelong learning, and emotional intelligence qualities required for success in any professional context.
