Igniting Curiosity: A Joyful Science Week Journey with Team Inspire at Funmer Camp

Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative lit up the second week of Funmer Camp with energy, creativity, and a deep sense of discovery. This special Science Week turned our campers into mini scientists and nature lovers through fun-filled, hands-on learning experiences.

From the very beginning, children were immersed in interactive STEM activities, colorful chemical reactions, and engaging nature explorations. They didn’t just learn—they experienced, experimented, and expressed their curiosity in every session.A key highlight was the fire extinguisher demonstration, where children learned practical safety skills while building courage and awareness.Another memorable session was “Discovering the World of Scientists,” led by Mr. Sujith Surendran and Neema P Jaimon. Through storytelling and role-play, students got to know famous inventors and scientists, igniting inspiration and a love for innovation.

Nature-based learning continued with a plant discovery activity that deepened campers’ understanding of the environment. Creative art sessions using natural elements allowed them to express their connection with the world around them.The week also featured a high-energy quiz competition led by Dr. Jyothis Mohan, testing knowledge and teamwork in a fun and exciting way. A joyful Vishu celebration added cultural color to the week, blending tradition with learning. Campers also worked on a magazine filled with their drawings, ideas, and reflections—capturing memories and milestones of their journey.

With the support of dedicated trainers—Vishnu Prasad, Sujith Surendran, Girija Narayanan, Neema P Jaimon, and Bushra—Funmer Camp became more than an event; it became a journey of growth, curiosity, and joy.
