Leadership in Teacher – capacity building program

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a Leadership and Teacher Capacity Building Program at Sree Narayana Training College, Varkala, aimed at empowering educators to enhance their leadership potential and strengthen their teaching impact in today’s dynamic academic landscape.

The program was facilitated by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, whose expertise and interactive delivery created a highly engaging learning experience. Teachers were encouraged to reflect on their strengths, overcome challenges, and adopt a growth-oriented mindset that supports both their personal and professional journeys.

Through discussions, activities, and guided reflections, the session provided educators with strategies to develop confidence, improve communication, and strengthen their ability to lead classrooms with clarity and vision. The training emphasized adaptability, self-awareness, and strategic thinking—key skills for educators navigating an evolving education system.
