Induction Program for Undergraduate Students of Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery
Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully organized a two-week Induction Program at Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery, designed exclusively for undergraduate students of BCA, BBA, B.Com, BSW, B.Sc. Psychology, and B.Sc. Cyber Forensics. The program aimed to help students transition smoothly into higher education while preparing them with the soft skills, life skills, and career development tools needed to excel in academics and the professional world. By combining interactive sessions, activities, and motivational discussions, the induction program created a strong foundation for students to begin their college journey with confidence, clarity, and focus.
The program was facilitated by a team of experienced trainers who blended real-world expertise with student-focused training methods. Sessions were led by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer; Sujith Surendran, Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill, and Corporate Trainer; Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer; and Bushra S N, Corporate Trainer. Together, they delivered high-impact training on self-awareness, communication skills, personal branding, teamwork, and career visioning, ensuring students could align their strengths with future goals. The trainers’ engaging approach kept students motivated, interactive, and actively involved throughout the two-week program.
