Industrial Visit Program – Amal Jyothi College of Engineering

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully conducted an Industrial Visit Program for the students of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally. The initiative was designed to expose students to the practical aspects of industry expectations and prepare them for their upcoming professional journey. By blending academic insights with real-world perspectives, the program created a bridge between classroom learning and the demands of today’s corporate world.

The sessions were facilitated by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, who shared his extensive experience and industry knowledge with the participants. His engaging and interactive approach helped students understand how to align their academic skills with the requirements of modern workplaces.

Students actively participated in the sessions, gaining valuable exposure to professional practices, organizational culture, and career readiness strategies. The program encouraged them to reflect on their strengths, build self-confidence, and develop a professional outlook essential for thriving in competitive environments.
