St. Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering – Industrial Visit 

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative had the honor of hosting the students of St. Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering, Nagercoil, for a highly interactive Industrial Visit Program. This active-oriented session, titled “An Overview of the IT Industry and Career Guidance”, was carefully designed to move beyond theory and offer students a real-time experience of industry expectations and career pathways.

Led by Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, the program combined industry insights with engaging activities. Students were actively involved through group discussions, case-based learning, brainstorming exercises, and scenario-driven tasks that helped them connect classroom knowledge with industry realities. Ajay emphasized the importance of adaptability, problem-solving, and soft skills alongside technical expertise, preparing students to thrive in a competitive job market.

The interactive format encouraged students to ask questions, share perspectives, and participate in reflective exercises, making the session both thought-provoking and inspiring. By the end of the program, participants gained a clearer understanding of the IT industry’s opportunities and challenges, as well as practical strategies to align their academic journey with future career goals.
