Mary Nilayam Senior Secondary School – Industrial Visit

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative had the privilege of hosting the students of Mary Nilayam Senior Secondary School for an Industrial Visit Program at our office. The visit was designed to provide young learners with a unique opportunity to experience a professional environment first-hand, explore industry practices, and gain insights into the essential skills required to succeed in future workplaces. This immersive exposure helped students bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications, laying a foundation for career readiness.

The sessions were facilitated by Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, who shared practical insights, interactive exercises, and engaging discussions to make the experience both educational and motivating. Students explored aspects such as workplace collaboration, professional communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and the importance of self-confidence in building a successful career. Through hands-on activities and real-life examples, participants were encouraged to think critically, evaluate challenges, and reflect on their own academic and professional goals.

In addition to technical insights, the program gave students a first-hand view of professional workplace culture, fostering an understanding of teamwork, responsibility, and organizational dynamics. This exposure not only inspired students to set higher goals but also instilled a sense of motivation to develop soft skills alongside their academic knowledge.

The Industrial Visit proved to be a highly impactful initiative, enabling students to visualize their career paths and understand the expectations of modern industries.
