Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative successfully conducted an Induction Program for the postgraduate students of Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery, aimed at preparing them for the challenges of higher education and career development. The session was designed to help students transition smoothly into their academic and professional journeys through value-driven training.

The Induction Program for PG Students was led by seasoned trainers Sujith Surendran,  Certified soft skill, life skill, and corporate trainer, and Ajay Sreedhar, a UNDP-certified soft skill and life skill trainer. Both trainers brought with them years of expertise and dynamic delivery that inspired the students to reflect, participate, and grow.

With a focus on self-awareness, goal setting, personal branding, and professional mindset development, the program helped students align their academic experience with long-term career aspirations. Engaging discussions, activities, and motivational sessions empowered students to understand the importance of personal growth, leadership, and teamwork in today’s evolving workplace environment.
