Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus have completed Phase 3 of the Success Sprint Placement Training Program at Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology in Changanassery. This full-day intense direction focused on Aptitude Training, Interview Preparation, and Insightful Interaction, providing students with the skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive employment marketplace. Vishnu Prasad, Sujith Surendran, and Akhila Chandran, UNDP-certified trainers, conducted the workshop and provided a wealth of industry expertise and hands-on learning approaches.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus successfully completed Phase 2 of the Success Sprint Placement Training Program at Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology in Changanassery. This full-day intense course focuses on resume building, aptitude training  and soft skills development, providing students with critical tools for improving their employability and professional confidence. UNDP-certified trainers Vishnu Prasad, Sujith Surendran, and Akhila Chandran led the workshop, providing students with helpful insights and hands-on learning experiences.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus, successfully carried out Phase 1 of the Success Sprint Placement Training Program at Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology in Changanassery. This full-day intensive training included Initial Assessment, Self-Introduction Techniques, and Resume Building Basics, creating an effective basis for students’ professional readiness. Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Sujith Surendran, and Akhila Chandran, UNDP-certified trainers, led the workshop, which gave 95 students with the tools they needed to improve their employability and confidence. 

Team INSPIRE, in collaboration with Srishti Campus, successfully conducted the prestigious 40 -hour placement training program, Success Sprint, at Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanassery, equipping 95 students with essential industry-ready skills. This transformative program bridged the gap between academic knowledge and organizational expectations, providing an intensive learning experience. Led by a team of 10 expert trainers from Team INSPIRE, the program ensured that students gained the confidence and competencies needed to excel in today’s competitive job market.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus had the privilege of leading a dynamic session on “Campus to Corporate” as part of SIGNAL 3.0, the tech fest organized by the IEEE at the College of Engineering, Poonjar. Conducted by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, a UNDP-certified Soft Skills and Life Skills Master Trainer, the session provided students with valuable insights into transitioning from academic life to the corporate world.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus proudly joined hands for a thought-provoking session at Jameela Beevi Memorial Centre for Teacher Education on January 24, 2025. Mr. Vishnu Prasad, a UNDP-certified Soft Skills and Life Skills Master Trainer, led the session, which focused on the important topic of “Continuous Learning and Skill Enhancement in Education.” It was designed for aspiring educators and looked at the ever-changing needs of the teaching profession, emphasizing the importance of adaptation and a growth mindset.

To effectively motivate and guide their students, teachers must enhance their leadership skills and personalities. Strong leadership promotes a pleasant, inclusive environment, while self-awareness and adaptability enable teachers to meet the different needs of their students and offer transformative learning opportunities.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting a Career Orientation program for the second-year students at SD College, Alappuzha, on January 9, 2025. The event, organized in collaboration with the Guidance and Placement Cell and the Department of English Literature, was designed to equip students with insights into various career opportunities and provide them with tools to make informed decisions about their Career.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting two sessions on LinkedIn Branding for the talented students of Rajadhani Polytechnic College in collaboration with the Computer Engineering Department on January 8th, 2025. The session was handled by expert faculty from Team INSPIRE, Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire, Through  his experience in branding he introduced the latest trends and methods to be followed in LinkedIn for better establishment.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus, proudly contributed to the third day of the transformative four-day residential camp on on January 02, 2025, LUMOS, organized by MI Training College for aspiring B.Ed students. The day featured two immersive and impactful sessions led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire focusing on the themes of “Candle Light Cafe” and “Inner Child Visualization.” These unique sessions provided participants with a reflective space to explore their inner selves, rediscover their passions, and reignite their sense of purpose as future educators.
