Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative lit up the second week of Funmer Camp with energy, creativity, and a deep sense of discovery. This special Science Week turned our campers into mini scientists and nature lovers through fun-filled, hands-on learning experiences.

Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative continued to light the way at FunMer Camp as we entered our third themed week—Awareness Week. It was a powerful chapter filled with meaningful conversations, life lessons, and engaging experiences that taught our campers to care, question, and act responsibly.

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative had the privilege of hosting an insightful one-day session on Teacher Personality at the Thanbeehul Islam Teacher Training Centre. This immersive event, led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad our Senior HR expert and UNDP-certified trainer—brought together future educators eager to harness the transformative power of authentic teaching. Mr. Vishnu Prasad’s engaging approach, enriched by real-life experiences and interactive exercises, helped participants discover how their unique personalities can elevate classroom dynamics and foster genuine connections with students.

FunMer Camp 2025, powered by Team Inspire at Srishti Innovative, was a vibrant celebration of curiosity, creativity, and teamwork. The camp brought together bright young minds for an unforgettable journey of exploration and growth. Designed to combine fun with learning, the camp nurtured self-confidence, imagination, and new friendships.

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative had the privilege of conducting a one day training program on Digital Marketing and Social Media for the officials of the Department of Industries and Commerce. Organized by the Kerala Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (KIED), the program aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to enhance their digital presence and maximize outreach.

At Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative, we believe that teamwork is the cornerstone of every successful organization. A well-connected team is not just about working together—it’s about trust, communication, and shared success. We recently had the privilege of conducting an engaging and transformative Team Building Session for the professionals at E Team Technopark, led by our expert trainer, Sujith Surendran. The session was designed to bring out the best in every participant, helping them discover new ways to collaborate, lead, and innovate in their workplace.

Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative were honored to be part of the Entrepreneurship Awareness Program under the ESDP scheme, organized by KIED (Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development) in association with DC MSME, New Delhi, at Mar Thoma College of Science and Technology , Ayur. This program aimed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge and insights necessary to navigate the business world with confidence and innovation.

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative conducted an insightful stress management session at St. Jacob Training College, led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, senior HR and UNDP-certified trainer. The session focused on understanding stress, its impact on daily life, and effective ways to handle challenging situations. Through real-life examples and engaging discussions, participants explored how stress affects focus, productivity, and overall well-being.

Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative recently conducted an engaging session on “Communication in the Workplace” at Waib3 Technologies, led by Mr. Sujith Surendran, a UNDP-certified trainer. The session focused on enhancing professional communication skills, fostering teamwork, and improving workplace interactions to create a more productive and collaborative environment. Participants explored key aspects of effective communication, including active listening, verbal and non-verbal cues, email etiquette, and conflict resolution.
