In a significant stride towards fostering academic excellence and bridging the gap between theory and practice, Srishti Campus and Naipunnya School of Management College in Cherthala, Kerala, recently came together to formalize a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU signing event marked the beginning of a collaborative journey aimed at providing students with unparalleled opportunities to blend their academic learning with real-world industry insights

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus organized an industrial visit in association with UIT Pirappancode at Srishti Innovative. About 100 students from BCom and BSc Computer Application departments had participated in the industrial visit on 14/11/2023. The sessions were handled by Miss. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer and Mr. Jithin, Corporate Trainer & Developer

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in association with AJ College of Science & Technology, Thonnakkal organized an IV at Srishti Innovative. Students from computer science department was participated in the industrial visit. The sessions were handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mrs. Soumya, Corporate Trainer & Developer.

Team Inspire provided academic support for the industrial visit organised by Srishti Campus on the topic Job Opportunities in IT Sector and Introduction to Digital Marketing. About 40 students from IHRD College Kalanjoor had participated in the Industrial visit. The sessions were handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mr. Sujith Surendran, Corporate Trainer & Program Co-ordinator, Certified Life skill & soft skill Trainer.

The industrial visit not only enhance technical knowledge but also instiller a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for the industry. About 50 students from IT Department of Loyola Institute of Technology & Science, Thovalai had visited Srishti Innovative as part of their industrial visit. This provided students with a unique opportunity to witness the real-world functioning of industries, understand the processes involved, and gain insights into various aspects of industrial operations.

Team Inspire provided academic support for the IV organised by Srishti Campus on the topic Job Opportunities in IT Sector and Importance of Soft Skills. Around 60 students from Ponjesly College of Engineering, Nagarcoil had participated in the IV. The sessions were handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mrs. Soumya, Corporate Trainer & Developer.

On 20/10/2023, about 70 students from the Computer Science branch of Loyola Institute of Technology & Sciences, Thovalai, embarked on a TECH TREK, participating in an enlightening industrial visit at Srishti Innovative. Industrial visits are an integral component of the academic curriculum, serving as a window into the practical aspects of various industries, enabling students to witness firsthand the processes, technologies, and working environments that they study in classrooms

One day youth empowerment training program was jointly organised by Team Inspire, Srishti Campus and AJ College of Science & Technology on 20 th October 2023. The name of the program, ‘UPGRADE’ itself indicates life skill training which aims to develop young people’s abilities and motivates them to make use of all types of information. The sessions were handled by Mr. Sujith Surendran, Corporate Trainer & Program Co-ordinator, Certified Life skill &soft skill Trainer, and Miss. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Certified Life skills & soft skills Trainer.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in association with Mar Chrysostom College of Arts & Science, conducted an informative orientation session for the students on Promising Career Prospects in the IT sector and How Digital Marketing Can Significantly Enhance their Professional Opportunities. The session was handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and supported by Mr. Sujith Surendran, Corporate Trainer & Program Co-ordinator, Certified Life skill.
