On October 7th, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus organized a half-day program for the B.Tech students at Rajadhani College of Engineering and Technology. The program, aimed at fostering academic excellence, was designed to inspire students to enhance their academic performance and adopt effective learning strategies. The session, led by Vishnu Prasad, provided insights into setting academic goals, overcoming challenges, and developing a disciplined approach toward studies.

On October 9th and 10th, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus conducted a two-day induction program for the MCA students at Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology. The program aimed to help students develop key personal and professional skills, fostering a deeper connection with themselves and their future careers. The sessions, which covered a range of interactive and insightful topics, provided students with the tools to enhance their perception of self, create a career vision, and effectively manage time. The session titled Connecting Hearts and Minds set the stage for students to engage deeply with one another and with their own ambitions.

On September 24th, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in partnership with the Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development, organized a one-day entrepreneurship training program titled Entrepreneurship and Idea Generation. The program was designed for 30 aspiring entrepreneurs from various districts across Kerala, providing them with a platform to dive into the essentials of starting and building a business. The session was led by Ms. Akhila Chandran, whose interactive approach kept participants actively engaged throughout the day.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Musaliar College of Engineering & Technology, Chirayankeezhu, organized a half-day induction program named EVOLVE on September 3rd, 2024, for B.Tech students from various departments. The session, led by Ms. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer, was designed to introduce students to essential skills that would benefit both their personal and team growth. The interactive nature of the session created a vibrant atmosphere, allowing students to engage actively and immerse themselves in the learning experience.

On September 9th, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Mahaguru Institute of Technology, hosted a one-day induction program named EVOLVE for B.Tech students across various departments. The program, facilitated by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire was designed to provide a holistic introduction to the students’ academic journey while equipping them with key skills for personal and professional growth. The day kicked off with an Ice Breaking session that set a lively tone, encouraging students to step out of their comfort zones and foster new connections.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Mount Zion College of Engineering, Kadamanitta, conducted a transformative one-day induction program on September 4th, 2024, for first-year MBA and MCA students. The program aimed to ease the students’ transition into their academic journey by offering engaging sessions such as Ice Breaking, Institutional Dynamics, and Leading by Building. These activities helped the students connect with one another, understand their new learning environment, and set a strong foundation for their professional growth.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Mount Zion College of Engineering, Kadamanitta, successfully conducted a dynamic two-day induction program on September 2nd and 3rd, 2024, designed to welcome and orient the first-year B.Tech students. The program aimed to inspire and prepare the students for their academic journey ahead, offering a variety of interactive sessions that provided learning, self-awareness, and personal growth. The sessions, including Ice Breaking, Institutional Dynamics, and Leading by Building, provided the students with a platform to understand their new environment, connect with peers, and build a strong foundation for their future endeavors.

On August 23, 2024, Team Inspire&Srishti Campus, had the pleasure of leading an engaging and interactive session for the E-Team, thanks for the kind invitation. The session, facilitated by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire was designed to foster camaraderie, enhance communication, and build stronger interpersonal connections among the team members. It was a vibrant and lively experience that left a lasting impression on everyone involved.

The second day of the LEAD 2.O Leadership Program, held on August 22nd, 2024, was a fitting conclusion to an intensive and rewarding two-day experience for the student council leaders at Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, Changanassery. The day, organized by Team Inspire & Srishti Campus in association with Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, focused on practical application and hands-on learning through various sessions and activities. The day began with a session on Above the Line Leadership, which introduced participants to advanced leadership concepts and strategies.

The first day of the LEAD 2.O Leadership Program, held on August 21st, 2024, marked the beginning of an enriching journey for the student council leaders at Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology. Organized by Team Inspire & Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, the day was packed with insightful sessions designed to break the ice and introduce various leadership styles. The participants were engaged from the outset, setting the stage for a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
