Team Inspire and Srishti Campus conducted a transformative session on AI for Teachers Workshop at St. John the Baptist’s College of Education from November 25th to 29th, 2024. Led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire,  introduced educators to a variety of powerful AI tools designed to revolutionize teaching methodologies. Participants explored innovative ways to enhance productivity, streamline lesson planning, and foster greater student engagement, embracing the future of education through technology.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus were privileged to lead a session on AI Marketing and SEO at the Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development (KIED), as part of their Digital Marketing Training Program. This interactive session, conducted by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire offered participants insights into how AI is revolutionizing marketing and SEO strategies. Led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire, the session aimed to equip faculty with essential AI tools and techniques to enhance their teaching methods and better engage with students. On November 18, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting a session on Teacher Personality Traits at Sree Narayana B.Ed College, Varkala. Organized in association with the IQAC, the program aimed to inspire and empower the enthusiastic first-year B.Ed students, who represent the future of education. The session was led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire who engaged the students in understanding the essential personality traits required for effective teaching and building meaningful connections with learners.

On 16th November 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting an engaging one-day training program on “AI for Teachers” at Henry Baker College, under the aegis of the IQAC. The session, led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire brought together esteemed faculty members for a dynamic exploration of how artificial intelligence can enhance teaching methodologies. The program aimed to equip educators with innovative tools to create more engaging and effective learning experiences.

Ayurveda College, Trivandrum, on November 13, 2024. This session marked a significant start to their orientation journey, with a focus on building essential teamwork skills that will support their growth throughout their academic and professional lives.

On behalf of Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, we are delighted to share the success of an engaging session on “Empathetic Listening” led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire for the BDS Batch 2024-25 during their orientation at PMS College. This session offered a unique opportunity to delve into the profound impact of listening with empathy—an essential skill for healthcare providers. The participants, each full of enthusiasm and curiosity, reflected on the true nature of listening, beyond mere sound, fostering an environment of thoughtful engagement.

On October 29, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in collaboration with Password Publications had the privilege of conducting an impactful life skills training program for the dedicated educators of Notre Dame School. This program was tailored to equip teachers with the essential skills of resilience, effective communication, and adaptability—qualities that are vital in today’s evolving educational environment. These skills are designed to support teachers in fostering a positive and engaging classroom culture, benefitting both educators and students alike.

On October 25, 2024, Team Inspire & Srishti Campus had the pleasure of hosting a group of enthusiastic MCA students from Francis Xavier Engineering College, Tirunelveli, for a half-day industrial visit. The purpose of the visit was to provide these future professionals with valuable insights into the corporate world, bridging their academic learning with practical, industry-relevant knowledge.

On October 19, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus successfully organized a half-day program, INSPIRON 2.O, at Technopark Club. Following the success of Inspiron 1.O, which had 250 participants from various colleges, Inspiron 2.O built on this foundation by focusing on the topic “Non-Technical Job Opportunities in the IT Sector.” The event attracted 120 participants, each of whom received certificates of participation. The program was started with a welcome speech by Ms. Girija Narayanan, while the host for the day was Ms. Bushra. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Neema P Jaimon, marking the conclusion of a vibrant and informative event.
