Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative proudly facilitated a comprehensive three-week internship program for the students of Govt. Women’s Polytechnic College, Kayamkulam. This thoughtfully designed initiative aimed to equip participants with a broad spectrum of personal, professional, and technical skills essential for success in today’s competitive environment.
The program commenced with a focus on personality development and leadership skills, led by Vishnu Prasad M V and Sujith Surendran. These sessions helped students build strong communication, confidence, and leadership abilities to enhance their academic and professional growth. Complementary workshops on speaking skills and professional development prepared students for workplace dynamics. Sessions on critical thinking, decision-making, and entrepreneurial mindset encouraged innovative problem-solving. Students also received practical training in digital communication, email etiquette, presentation techniques using PowerPoint, and advanced Excel. An insightful industry expert session offered valuable perspectives, connecting classroom learning with industry expectations.
The second phase of the program emphasized interpersonal effectiveness and digital marketing. Students participated in sessions on social skills, emotional intelligence, and stress management to build collaboration and resilience. The Whirlpool Café, facilitated by Sujith Surendran, encouraged open discussions and practical thinking. Vishnu Prasad M V introduced online marketing and search engine optimization, offering foundational digital marketing knowledge. Arfan T S and Athul Raj conducted hands-on workshops that provided real-time exposure to digital strategies. Public speaking and presentation skills were reinforced, followed by focused training on LinkedIn branding and personal branding. The week concluded with an eye-opening session on sustainable energy and environmental leadership by Sujith Surendran, nurturing social responsibility and awareness.
In the final phase, students were introduced to 21st-century competencies and emerging technologies. Vishnu Prasad M V and Sujith Surendran delivered sessions on adaptability, creativity, and critical thinking. Students explored artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics through engaging discussions and hands-on workshops. A creative video editing session by Aromal G A inspired students to apply digital tools in content creation. An industry talk on AI and robotics trends further deepened their understanding of technological advancements. The program concluded with campus-to-corporate readiness training, including mock interviews and resume feedback sessions facilitated by Vishnu Prasad M V and Sujith Surendran, preparing students for professional transitions.
