Career Orientation at Sree Narayana College

Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative had the privilege of hosting an impactful career orientation session exclusively for the B.Com students of Sree Narayana College,Chathannoor. The session was led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M.V, a  Senior HR expert and UNDP-certified Soft Skills Trainer, along with Mr. Ajay Sreedhar our soft skill master trainer, Creative Lead and Industry Mentor known for his practical approach and storytelling techniques. Together, they delivered a powerful and engaging session focused on helping students discover their strengths, explore emerging career opportunities, and prepare for the professional world with clarity and confidence.

The session addressed the evolving landscape of commerce careers and encouraged students to think beyond traditional roles. Discussions included a deep dive into fields like financial analysis, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and business consultancy. The trainers highlighted the importance of developing core employability skills such as effective communication, professional behavior, resume writing, interview readiness, and personal branding—especially through platforms like LinkedIn
