Team Inspire and Srishti Campus successfully completed a one-day Soft Skills Training Program for first-year students at Government Polytechnic College in Punalur. The session focused on key areas such as empathy, teamwork, and career guidance, equipping students with the necessary abilities to succeed academically and in their future careers. The program sought to boost self-confidence, develop communication skills, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Team INSPIRE had the privilege of taking a session on the topic ‘HR and Communication Skills’ in the Illuminate Placement Training Program conducted by Srishti Campus at Srishti Innovative, Technopark. The session was led by UNDP Certified Life Skills & Soft Skills Trainer Ms. Akhila Chandran, who shared real-life scenes and experiences for a better understanding of the topic.

Team INSPIRE at Srishti Innovative is proud to offer an Add-on Program in Hospital Management at Marthoma College of Science and Technology in Chadayamangalam, Ayur. This curriculum aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world hospital operations, equipping students with the skills needed for successful employment in healthcare management.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus conducted an interactive half-day training session on Email Etiquette and Interview Do’s and Don’ts, which was led by UNDP-certified trainer Sujith Surendran. The session sought to provide students with essential business communication and interview skills, allowing them to easily enter the corporate world.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus have completed Phase 3 of the Success Sprint Placement Training Program at Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology in Changanassery. This full-day intense direction focused on Aptitude Training, Interview Preparation, and Insightful Interaction, providing students with the skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive employment marketplace. Vishnu Prasad, Sujith Surendran, and Akhila Chandran, UNDP-certified trainers, conducted the workshop and provided a wealth of industry expertise and hands-on learning approaches.

This full-day intense course focuses on resume building, aptitude training  and soft skills development, providing students with critical tools for improving their employability and professional confidence. UNDP-certified trainers Vishnu Prasad, Sujith Surendran, and Akhila Chandran led the workshop, providing students with helpful insights and hands-on learning experiences.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus, successfully carried out Phase 1 of the Success Sprint Placement Training Program at Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology in Changanassery. This full-day intensive training included Initial Assessment, Self-Introduction Techniques, and Resume Building Basics, creating an effective basis for students’ professional readiness. Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Sujith Surendran, and Akhila Chandran, UNDP-certified trainers, led the workshop, which gave 95 students with the tools they needed to improve their employability and confidence.
