A Power-Packed Start for Ezhukon Polytechnic College Students

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a 5-day induction program for the first-year students of Ezhukon Polytechnic College, starting with a lively ice-breaking session that helped students connect, interact, and build comfort with their new environment. This was followed by sessions on leadership, institutional dynamics, and nurturing connections, creating an open and engaging atmosphere for learning. The program was designed to help students adapt seamlessly to college life and develop skills that will serve them throughout their academic journey and beyond.

The sessions were led by an accomplished panel: Vishnu Prasad – UNDP-Certified Corporate Trainer, Sujith Surendran – Certified Soft Skills & Life Skills Trainer Ajay Sreedhar – UNDP-Certified Soft Skills & Life Skills Trainer, Neema P Jaimon – Corporate Trainer, and Bushra S N – Corporate Trainer. Together, they delivered a holistic learning experience designed to enhance students’ interpersonal abilities, professional readiness, and personal growth. Through engaging activities and thought-provoking discussions, participants were encouraged to think critically, collaborate effectively, and develop the confidence needed to navigate both academic and real-world challenges with clarity and purpose.

Through interactive activities, real-life examples, and group discussions, students were able to absorb these lessons in a fun yet impactful way. By the end of the 5-Day Induction Program, they were more confident, better connected with peers, and equipped with essential skills to navigate college life and future career challenges.
