Three-Day Placement Training Program at Govt. Polytechnic College, Ezhukone

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative conducted a highly focused Three-day placement training program at Govt. Polytechnic College, Ezhukone, aimed at enhancing student’s employability skills and preparing them for real-world recruitment challenges. The program featured intensive sessions on Resume building, Aptitude training, Interview skills, and Self-introduction, led by expert trainers: Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Mr. Sujith Surendran, Mr. Abhinesh Anand, Ms. Bushra S N, and Ms. Neema P Jaimon.

Throughout the three days, students engaged in a structured blend of sessions covering Quantitative aptitude and Logical reasoning, which were reinforced each day through problem-solving tasks and practical examples. The program began with focused training on resume development, followed by interactive sessions on interview preparation, communication skills, and effective self-presentation. The final day included a performance evaluation, resume correction, and mock self-introduction activities, offering students individual feedback and a space to refine their skills.

With a strong emphasis on career readiness, critical thinking, and confidence-building, the training program provided students with hands-on experience and essential insights to navigate placement drives successfully.
