Success Sprint: Phase 2 | Placement Training Program at Kristu Jyoti College

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus successfully completed Phase 2 of the Success Sprint Placement Training Program at Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology in Changanassery. This full-day intense course focuses on resume building, aptitude training  and soft skills development, providing students with critical tools for improving their employability and professional confidence. UNDP-certified trainers Vishnu Prasad, Sujith Surendran, and Akhila Chandran led the workshop, providing students with helpful insights and hands-on learning experiences.

The Resume Building Workshop helped students create effective, ATS-friendly resumes that aligned with industry expectations and stood out in competitive employment markets. Students in Aptitude Training engaged on systematic problem-solving exercises to improve their analytical and reasoning skills, which are important for placement examinations and corporate evaluations. The Soft Skills Training component emphasized efficient communication, teamwork, and workplace etiquette, providing students with the interpersonal skills needed to succeed in professional settings.

This highly interactive and practical training was made possible by the unwavering support of the Training and Placement Centre of Kristu Jyoti College, which played a key role in organizing the program.
