Soft Skills Training Program at Government Polytechnic College, Punalur

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus successfully completed a one-day Soft Skills Training Program for first-year students at Government Polytechnic College in Punalur. The session focused on key areas such as empathy, teamwork, and career guidance, equipping students with the necessary abilities to succeed academically and in their future careers. The program sought to boost self-confidence, develop communication skills, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

The training was led by a team of professional trainers Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Ms. Akhila Chandran, Mr. Sujith Surendran, Ms. Girija Narayanan.U, and Ms. Neema P.Jaimon and consisted of interactive workshops, group activities, and real-life examples. During the Empathy workshop, students learnt the value of emotional intelligence and understanding diverse views. The Teamwork session tasked students to collaborate on problem-solving activities that demonstrated good teamwork and leadership. During the Career Guidance session, students learned about industry expectations, skill development, and job market trends, which provided them with the skills they needed to prepare for their careers.
