Soft Skills Training Program at Government Polytechnic College, Punalur

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus successfully completed a one-day Soft Skills Training Program for second-year students at Government Polytechnic College in Punalur. The workshops focused on three crucial aspects: Empathy, Teamwork, and Career guidance, all of which are necessary for students to navigate their academic journeys and future professions. The training program sought to boost confidence, develop communication skills, and foster a collaborative and professional mindset.

The training sessions were guided by a team of specialist trainers, which included Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Ms. Akhila Chandran, Mr. Sujith Surendran, and Ms. Bushra. The Empathy workshop focused on emotional intelligence and perspective-taking, allowing students to better understand human relationships.
