Soft Skill Training Program on Leadership & Communication – Marian College of Arts & Science, kazhakuttom

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a Soft Skill Training Program on Leadership and Communication for the BBA Department of Marian College of Arts & Science, kazhakuttom, Trivandrum. The program was designed to equip students with the essential skills required to thrive in today’s competitive academic and professional environment. By focusing on personal growth, teamwork, and communication excellence, the sessions provided students with a strong foundation to become confident, capable, and industry-ready professionals.

The training was led by two highly experienced trainers: Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, and Sujith Surendran, Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill, and Corporate Trainer. Both trainers combined their expertise and dynamic delivery styles to create an engaging and interactive learning atmosphere. Through real-world insights, practical activities, and inspiring discussions, they encouraged students to explore their potential, refine their interpersonal abilities, and strengthen their leadership outlook.

This soft skill training program at Marian College not only enhanced the students’ confidence but also gave them practical tools to handle academic challenges and prepare for future career opportunities.
