Fostering Growth Through Continuous Learning and Skill Development at Jameela Beevi Memorial College.

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus proudly joined hands for a thought-provoking session at Jameela Beevi Memorial Centre for Teacher Education on January 24, 2025. Mr. Vishnu Prasad, a UNDP-certified Soft Skills and Life Skills Master Trainer, led the session, which focused on the important topic of “Continuous Learning and Skill Enhancement in Education.” It was designed for aspiring educators and looked at the ever-changing needs of the teaching profession, emphasizing the importance of adaptation and a growth mindset.

Participants were encouraged to think outside the box and adopt creative approaches to teaching and learning through vibrant conversations and hands-on activities. Mr. Vishnu Prasad’s engaging and personable style made the workshop a powerful experience, inspiring students to see lifelong learning as the route to professional and personal success. The session emphasized how ongoing upskilling may help teachers overcome obstacles, stimulate creativity in the classroom, and create an inclusive learning environment.
