Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology – Induction Program

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a one-day Induction Program for the students of Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET), Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram. The program was designed to help students step into their academic journey with the right mindset, confidence, and clarity as they begin their professional courses in engineering.

The sessions were facilitated by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, and Bushra S N, Corporate Trainer. With their rich experience and engaging delivery style, the trainers created an interactive environment where students could reflect, participate, and connect meaningfully with their personal and academic goals.

This one-day induction emphasized the importance of self-awareness, adaptability, communication, and personal growth as the foundation for success in higher education. The program encouraged students to understand their strengths, develop leadership qualities, and prepare themselves to embrace opportunities and challenges in the fast-changing world of engineering and technology.
