Project Propel 1.0 – Placement Training
Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative proudly continued its flagship initiative, Project Propel 1.0, with an intensive two-day Placement Training Program conducted at our office premises.
As a continuation of the earlier phase of Project Propel 1.0, this program was designed to further equip students with the essential skills and confidence required to face campus recruitment drives. Each session built on the foundation laid previously, ensuring a progressive and impactful learning journey for participants.
The training was facilitated by our expert panel of trainers: Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer; Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer; Sujith Surendran, Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill & Corporate Trainer; and Bushra S N, Corporate Trainer.
Across the two days, students actively engaged in mock interviews, group discussions, and interactive skill-development activities that focused on communication, analytical thinking, and overall professional readiness. The trainers combined practical exercises with industry insights, making the sessions engaging, relevant, and result-driven.
This continuation of Project Propel 1.0 reflects Team Inspire’s ongoing commitment to nurturing employability skills among students. By providing structured, hands-on training, we aim to ensure that participants are not only placement-ready but also prepared to thrive in their long-term careers.
We thank all participants for their enthusiastic involvement and look forward to the next impactful phase of Project Propel.
