Project Propel: A Leap Toward Career Excellence

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative successfully conducted Project Propel, a one-week internship program hosted at Technopark, Trivandrum. Focused on personality development and placement training, the program was designed to equip students with essential skills for career readiness. This immersive internship provided a structured learning experience that bridged the gap between academic education and industry expectations. With a strong emphasis on soft skills, digital branding, and self-confidence, the program aimed to build a solid foundation for future professionals.

Over the course of the week, participants engaged in comprehensive sessions that covered resume building, interview skills, communication development, and LinkedIn branding. These hands-on activities were led by expert trainers: Mr. Vishnu Prasad (Senior HR and UNDP-Certified Trainer), Mr. Ajay Sreedhar (UNDP-Certified Soft Skill and Life Skill Trainer), Ms. Bushra S N (Certified Soft Skills and Life Skill Trainer), and Ms. Neema P Jaimon (Corporate Trainer). Each session was tailored to enhance the students’ presentation abilities, personal grooming, articulation, and confidence. The interactive nature of the program helped participants identify their strengths and align them with industry-specific career goals.

Project Propel created a transformative learning environment that emphasized practical exposure and real-world scenarios. Through profile optimization techniques, and confidence-building exercises, students were encouraged to step out of their comfort zones and present their best selves. By the end of the program, participants had not only developed professional resumes and impactful LinkedIn profiles but also gained the clarity and mindset required for successful career planning.
