Placement Training at Kristu Jyothi College – Final Year UG Students

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative conducted a placement training program for the final-year undergraduate students of Kristu Jyothi College. The two-day program was designed to enhance career readiness, improve employability skills, and prepare students for upcoming campus recruitment drives.

The sessions were facilitated by Sujith Surendran (Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill & Corporate Trainer), Ajay Sreedhar (UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer) who brought their vast experience in student development and corporate training to the classroom. They guided learners through assessment-based activities, interactive ice-breaking sessions, and practical group discussion exercises. Each session encouraged participation, helping students build confidence, strengthen communication, and sharpen problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Students responded with enthusiasm and gained valuable insights into how to perform effectively in interviews, group discussions, and workplace interactions. The program highlighted the importance of not just technical knowledge but also the soft skills employers seek, enabling participants to step into their career journey with clarity and confidence.
