Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a two-day Placement Training Program at Sanatana Dharma College, Alappuzha, preparing final-year students for the competitive job market. The sessions covered resume building, LinkedIn branding, career counseling, interview skills, team building, leadership, and group discussion, ensuring students gained practical industry insights and essential career skills.

Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life Skills & Soft Skills, and Head of Team Inspire, led the first day, focusing on resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and career counseling. His session helped students enhance their professional profiles and make informed career choices. . On the second day, Mr.Sujith Surendran conducted sessions on interview skills, team building, and leadership, equipping students with strategies to excel in HR and technical interviews. Ms.Bushra SN concluded the program with an engaging session on the art of group discussion, refining students’ communication and analytical thinking.
