Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative recently launched a 60-hour comprehensive placement training program for the undergraduate students of Kristu Jyoti College. This initiative was designed to equip students with essential career skills, ensuring they are well-prepared to face placement challenges with confidence and competence.

The program was facilitated by Sujith Surendran, Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill & Corporate Trainer, and Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer. Over the course of 60 hours, the trainers guided students through a structured learning journey that combined practical sessions, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities. The focus areas included communication mastery, confidence building, problem-solving, teamwork, and interview preparation — all crucial skills for professional growth.
