University of Kerala, Kariavattom Campus – MBA Placement Training

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative conducted a two-day Placement Training Program for the MBA Department at the University of Kerala, Kariavattom Campus. The program was designed to prepare students with the essential skills, strategies, and confidence required to excel in competitive recruitment processes.

The training was facilitated by a dynamic team of experienced trainers: Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer; Sujith Surendran, Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill, and Corporate Trainer; Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer; and Bushra S N, Corporate Trainer. Each trainer brought unique expertise, blending industry knowledge with practical techniques to enhance students’ readiness for placements.

Over two days, the program engaged students in interactive sessions that emphasized communication, confidence building, interview strategies, and workplace readiness. The activity-based approach ensured participation from all students, allowing them to practice real-life scenarios such as group discussions, personal interviews, and problem-solving exercises. This experiential learning not only boosted their competence but also helped them identify and refine their strengths.

The sessions were highly impactful in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. By the end of the training, students felt more confident and prepared to face recruitment challenges with clarity and professionalism.
