Enlightening Industrial Visit at Srishti Innovative Ignites IT Career Aspirations

The industrial visit not only enhance technical knowledge but also instiller a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for the industry. About 50 students from IT Department of Loyola Institute of Technology & Science, Thovalai had visited Srishti Innovative as part of their industrial visit. This provided students with a unique opportunity to witness the real-world functioning of industries, understand the processes involved, and gain insights into various aspects of industrial operations.

The sessions were handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mr. Kiran, Corporate Trainer & Developer. The sessions were engaging and a discussion mode was followed throughout each session. Also focused the fully participation and involvement of each student.

INDUSTRIAL INGENUITY

The session was aimed to give an idea about, ‘The current job opportunities in IT sectors. In an era dominated by digital advancements, the IT sector stands as a thriving hub of opportunities, presenting a diverse array of compelling and lucrative career paths. The relentless integration of technology into every facet of our lives has fuelled an insatiable demand for skilled IT professionals. This demand spans a spectrum of domains, encompassing software development, cybersecurity, data science, and network engineering. And also, an introduction session on “Python” was also conducted for the students to foster their technical skills.
