The session focused on key areas such as empathy, teamwork, and career guidance, equipping students with the necessary abilities to succeed academically and in their future careers. The program sought to boost self-confidence, develop communication skills, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

The workshops focused on three crucial aspects: Empathy, Teamwork, and Career guidance, all of which are necessary for students to navigate their academic journeys and future professions. The training program sought to boost confidence, develop communication skills, and foster a collaborative and professional mindset.

Team INSPIRE had the privilege of taking a session on the topic ‘HR and Communication Skills’ in the Illuminate Placement Training Program conducted by Srishti Campus at Srishti Innovative, Technopark. The session was led by UNDP Certified Life Skills & Soft Skills Trainer Ms. Akhila Chandran, who shared real-life scenes and experiences for a better understanding of the topic.

Team INSPIRE at Srishti Innovative is proud to offer an Add-on Program in Hospital Management at Marthoma College of Science and Technology in Chadayamangalam, Ayur. This curriculum aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world hospital operations, equipping students with the skills needed for successful employment in healthcare management.

The session sought to provide students with essential business communication and interview skills, allowing them to easily enter the corporate world.
