Team Inspire and Srishti Campus collaborated to host an engaging half-day session titled ‘Career Talk’ at the prestigious Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation, and Technology on April 25th, 2024. This interactive event aimed to bridge the gap academia and industry by shedding light on industrial expectations and career pathways for students.

The 30-hour add-on course on digital marketing, offered in collaboration by Team Inspire, Srishti Campus, and Mar Chrysostom College, Adoor, has been successfully completed. This comprehensive course was designed with a focus on practical skills and provided participants with an immersive learning experience. Participants engaged in offline classes that fostered interactive learning, allowing for meaningful collaboration and networking with industry professionals and peers.

On April 1st, 2024, Srishti Campus and Team Inspire, in collaboration with Scott Christian College, Nagercoil, organized a one-day event named Career Craft. As the name indicates, the program was focused on placement training for future professionals. Placement training plays a pivotal role in shaping an individual’s career trajectory by honing essential skills required to succeed in job interviews and professional settings.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Manjappara B.Ed. College, Kollam, organized a half-day program on March 26, 2024, aimed at introducing life skills to all batches of student teachers. The session was handled by Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator, Cum Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer, and Miss. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer from Team Inspire. The session was meticulously designed to be fully interactive and activity-oriented, ensuring maximum engagement and practical understanding for the participants.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Younus College of Engineering & Technology, Kollam, organized a half-day program on March 27, 2024, titled “Campus to Corporate.” The session was led by resource persons, Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life Skills & Soft Skills, Head of Team Inspire, and Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator, Cum Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, and Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer from Team Inspire. The event aimed to bridge the gap between academic institutions and the corporate world by focusing on essential skills required in the IT sector for the 21st century.

On the day of March 25, 2024, marked by eager learning and professional development, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with the Placement Cell at Rajadhani Polytechnic College, Nagaroor, orchestrated an engaging one-day placement training program named “Career Craft.” The event drew a substantial number of final-year students, all keen on gleaning insights and skills pivotal for their forthcoming career endeavours.

On March 22nd, 2024, Srishti Innovative was honoured to welcome 50 eager students from the CSE and ECE departments of Lord Jegannath College of Engineering and Technology for an industrial visit. In partnership with Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, this visit was meticulously designed to provide the students with hands-on exposure to the Python Technical Session.

On 20th March 2024, Srishti Innovative had the privilege of hosting an industrial visit for 30 enthusiastic students from the BBA and BCom departments of UIT Sasthamkotta College. Collaboratively organized with Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, the visit was curated to offer students practical insights into the dynamic world of digital marketing.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in association with Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, Changanassery had organized a One Day Placement Training program named Career Craft. The Program was organised by Student Council in collaboration with Internal Quality Assurance Cell at seminar hall of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanassery. Final year PG students were participated in the program.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in association with Salafi B.Ed College, Kannur had conducted an Introduction session on Life Skill and Soft Skills on 14 th March 2024. Final year student teachers of about 60 were participated in the session. The session aimed to explore all the life skills and important soft skills for student teachers in a quick through experiential learning.
