One-Day Placement Training Program at Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a one-day placement training program at Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery, designed to boost students’ confidence and readiness for placement drives. The training was led by Ajay Sreedhar S V, Bushra S N, and Neema P Jaimon, who brought energy and expertise to each session.

The day began with icebreaking and confidence-building activities, creating a comfortable and engaging environment for students. This was followed by an insightful resume building session that focused on creating professional and impactful resumes tailored to industry expectations. The final session on interview skills offered practical tips, mock questions, and interactive discussions to help students improve their presentation and communication.
