Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a Capacity Building Program at Jameela Beevi Memorial Centre for Teacher Education, Kayamkulam, aimed at empowering future educators with the essential skills and mindset required to meet the evolving demands of today’s academic and professional landscape. The program was thoughtfully designed to enhance teaching effectiveness, foster self-development, and instill leadership qualities among participants.

The session was led by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, who brought a wealth of industry knowledge and practical expertise to the program.
