Team Inspire and Srishti Campus successfully conducted an engaging session on ‘Exam Fear and Stress Management’ for the students of grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 on December 4th, 2024, at Jyothis Central School. The session, led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer aimed to equip students with effective strategies to overcome exam-related anxiety and build confidence.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting an enriching Life Skills Workshop at Titus II College for Teacher Training on November 28, 2024. Led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer,  the session aimed to empower aspiring educators with essential skills to navigate personal and professional challenges effectively. The workshop created an interactive platform for participants to explore strategies for self-awareness, effective communication, and resilience, fostering their growth as future educators.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus conducted a transformative session on AI for Teachers Workshop at St. John the Baptist’s College of Education from November 25th to 29th, 2024. Led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire,  introduced educators to a variety of powerful AI tools designed to revolutionize teaching methodologies. Participants explored innovative ways to enhance productivity, streamline lesson planning, and foster greater student engagement, embracing the future of education through technology.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus were privileged to lead a session on AI Marketing and SEO at the Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development (KIED), as part of their Digital Marketing Training Program. This interactive session, conducted by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire offered participants insights into how AI is revolutionizing marketing and SEO strategies. The session aimed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with essential tools and techniques to adapt and thrive in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

On behalf of Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, it was a privilege to collaborate with Kristu Jyoti College in hosting a transformative session on AI for Teachers on November 14th, 2024. Led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire, the session aimed to equip faculty with essential AI tools and techniques to enhance their teaching methods and better engage with students. In today’s dynamic world, where artificial intelligence is revolutionizing every industry, this initiative highlights the vital role of educators in preparing students for a tech-driven future.

On November 18, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting a session on Teacher Personality Traits at Sree Narayana B.Ed College, Varkala. Organized in association with the IQAC, the program aimed to inspire and empower the enthusiastic first-year B.Ed students, who represent the future of education. The session was led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire who engaged the students in understanding the essential personality traits required for effective teaching and building meaningful connections with learners.

On 16th November 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting an engaging one-day training program on “AI for Teachers” at Henry Baker College, under the aegis of the IQAC. The session, led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire brought together esteemed faculty members for a dynamic exploration of how artificial intelligence can enhance teaching methodologies.
