Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Govt College of Polytechnic, Ezhukone, successfully concluded a comprehensive five-day Induction Program for the polytechnic students from August 5^th to 9^th, 2024. The program was designed to equip students with essential life skills, aiming to enhance their academic performance and prepare them for future challenges in academic years. Throughout the five days, the students were engaged in a series of interactive sessions that covered a wide range of topics, including Ice-Breaking, Interpersonal Skills, Goal Setting, Problem-Solving, Leadership, Self-Awareness, Stress Management, Collaboration, Time Management, Effective Communication, and the importance of maintaining a positive Online Persona.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with AKM Polytechnic College, successfully conducted a one-day induction program for the students on August 1^st, 2024. This program was designed to introduce students to essential skills and behaviors that would aid them in their academic journey and beyond. The sessions covered critical areas such as ice-breaking activities to improve connections among students, goal setting to help them focus on their future aspirations, and institutional behavior to guide them in adapting to the college environment. The sessions were led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad,Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire, an expert senior faculty member from Team Inspire, who brought a wealth of experience and insight to the training.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with the Finishing School Cell at Govt Polytechnic College, Ezhukone, successfully conducted a transformative three-day placement training program for diploma students. The training, held from 29 th to 31 st July 2024 was designed to enhance the students readiness for the job market by focusing on key areas such as Aptitude, English communication, mock interviews, and aptitude tests.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Musaliar College of Engineering& Polytechnic, Chirayankeezhu, successfully concluded a three-day induction program designed specifically for the polytechnic students of the college. This comprehensive program, held from July 31^st to August 02^nd, 2024, was aimed at enhancing students’ life skills, equipping them for better academic performance and personal growth. The sessions covered a wide range of topics including interpersonal skills, goal setting, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, self-awareness, communication, and confidence building. Each session was crafted to provide the students with practical tools and insights that they can apply throughout their academic journey.

We are happy to share that the EVOLVE induction program, conducted by Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in association with Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery, was a resounding success! The two-day program, held on July 25th and 26th, 2024, was designed for BSWfirst-year students. The sessions were activity-oriented, focusing on various essential topics to help students transition smoothly into their academic and professional journeys.

We are delighted to report the successful conclusion of a transformative two-day induction program organized by Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus, exclusively for the postgraduate students of Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery.
