Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Mount Zion College of Engineering, Kadamanitta, successfully conducted a dynamic two-day induction program on September 2nd and 3rd, 2024, designed to welcome and orient the first-year B.Tech students. The program aimed to inspire and prepare the students for their academic journey ahead, offering a variety of interactive sessions that provided learning, self-awareness, and personal growth. The sessions, including Ice Breaking, Institutional Dynamics, and Leading by Building, provided the students with a platform to understand their new environment, connect with peers, and build a strong foundation for their future endeavors.

On August 23, 2024, Team Inspire&Srishti Campus, had the pleasure of leading an engaging and interactive session for the E-Team, thanks for the kind invitation. The session, facilitated by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire was designed to foster camaraderie, enhance communication, and build stronger interpersonal connections among the team members. It was a vibrant and lively experience that left a lasting impression on everyone involved.

The second day of the LEAD 2.O Leadership Program, held on August 22nd, 2024, was a fitting conclusion to an intensive and rewarding two-day experience for the student council leaders at Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, Changanassery. The day, organized by Team Inspire & Srishti Campus in association with Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, focused on practical application and hands-on learning through various sessions and activities. The day began with a session on Above the Line Leadership, which introduced participants to advanced leadership concepts and strategies.

Organized by Team Inspire & Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, the day was packed with insightful sessions designed to break the ice and introduce various leadership styles. The participants were engaged from the outset, setting the stage for a dynamic and interactive learning experience.

The LEAD 2.0 Leadership Program, conducted on August 21st and 22nd, 2024, by Team Inspire & Srishti Campus, in association with Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, Changanacherry was an exceptional initiative designed to enhance the leadership skills of student council leaders at Kristu Jyoti College. This prestigious two-day program was carefully crafted to provide participants with hands-on experiences, equipping them with the soft skills necessary for effective leadership. The diverse sessions and activities ensured that the participants not only learned about leadership but also experienced it in a deeply impactful manner.

On August 8^th, 2024, Team Inspire & Srishti Campus had the pleasure of hosting around 50 enthusiastic students from various departments of Arunachala College of Engineering for Women, Tamil Nadu, for an insightful industrial visit. The visit was designed to provide these budding engineers with a comprehensive understanding of the operational dynamics and corporate culture at Srishti Innovative. The students were given a unique opportunity to explore different facets of the company’s working environment, gaining invaluable insights into real-world applications of their academic knowledge.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Govt College of Polytechnic, Ezhukone, proudly announced the successful conclusion of a five-day Induction Program for the polytechnic students, held from August 5th to 9th, 2024. The program was crafted to arm students with essential life skills, aimed at enhancing their academic journey and preparing them for future challenges within the electronics and communication engineering field. Throughout the five days, students were actively engaged in a variety of sessions covering a wide array of topics such as Ice-Breaking, Interpersonal Skills, Goal Setting, Problem-Solving, Leadership, Self-Awareness, Stress Management, Collaboration, Time Management, Effective Communication, and the significance of maintaining a positive Online Persona.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in partnership with the Department of Computer Hardware Engineering at Govt College of Polytechnic, Ezhukone, successfully concluded an intensive five-day Induction Program for the polytechnic students from August 5th to 9th, 2024. The program’s impact was evident in the students’ active participation and their growing confidence throughout the sessions. Each topic was carefully selected to address the specific needs of the students, helping them build a strong foundation for their academic journey. The inclusion of activities like “Connecting Hearts and Minds” for ice-breaking, “Nurturing Connections” for interpersonal skills, and “Mastering the Clock” for time management ensured that students gained practical skills that they could immediately apply in their daily lives. The feedback from the participants highlighted the effectiveness of the sessions, particularly in areas like stress management and building digital identity, which are crucial for their overall development.
