Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative were honored to be part of the Entrepreneurship Awareness Program under the ESDP scheme, organized by KIED (Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development) in association with DC MSME, New Delhi, at Mar Thoma College of Science and Technology , Ayur. This program aimed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge and insights necessary to navigate the business world with confidence and innovation.

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative conducted an insightful stress management session at St. Jacob Training College, led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, senior HR and UNDP-certified trainer. The session focused on understanding stress, its impact on daily life, and effective ways to handle challenging situations. Through real-life examples and engaging discussions, participants explored how stress affects focus, productivity, and overall well-being.

Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative recently conducted an engaging session on “Communication in the Workplace” at Waib3 Technologies, led by Mr. Sujith Surendran, a UNDP-certified trainer. The session focused on enhancing professional communication skills, fostering teamwork, and improving workplace interactions to create a more productive and collaborative environment. Participants explored key aspects of effective communication, including active listening, verbal and non-verbal cues, email etiquette, and conflict resolution.

Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative successfully conducted an engaging session on “Introduction to Digital Marketing” as part of the Management Development Program  SCALE-UP YOUR VENTURE, under ESDP, organized by KIED at the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development, District Industries Centre, Thiruvananthapuram. This session aimed to equip entrepreneurs with essential digital marketing strategies to enhance their online presence and effectively scale their businesses.

Team Inspire and Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a two-day Placement Training Program at Sanatana Dharma College, Alappuzha, preparing final-year students for the competitive job market. The sessions covered resume building, LinkedIn branding, career counseling, interview skills, team building, leadership, and group discussion, ensuring students gained practical industry insights and essential career skills.

HR Evolve, the vibrant community of HR professionals from IT hubs, primarily Trivandrum Technopark, celebrates two years of growth, collaboration, and learning. Marking this milestone, Team INSPIRE and Srishti Innovative were honored to be part of the event, contributing with an engaging ice-breaking session. The session, led by Senior HRO & CSR Manager Mr. Vishnu Prasad, set the stage for meaningful interactions, fostering a dynamic and inclusive atmosphere.
