Aptitude Training Program – Bhavan’s Royal Institute of Management, Kochi

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative recently conducted a comprehensive Aptitude Training Program for the students of Bhavan’s College, aimed at enhancing their problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills. This program was carefully designed to prepare students for competitive examinations, placement drives, and real-world career challenges, ensuring they gain the confidence to perform under pressure and stand out in their professional journey.

The training sessions were facilitated by two expert trainers – Sujith Surendran, Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill, and Corporate Trainer, and Abhinesh Anand, Certified Life Skill Trainer and Corporate Trainer. Their combined expertise and student-focused methodology made the sessions highly engaging and impactful. The trainers emphasized practical strategies, time management techniques, and structured approaches to aptitude-based problem-solving, helping students simplify complex concepts and apply them effectively in assessments.

Throughout the program, students actively participated in interactive exercises, real-time problem-solving sessions, and guided discussions. This hands-on approach not only sharpened their technical abilities but also boosted their confidence to tackle aptitude tests, interviews, and recruitment assessments.
