Ponjesly College of Engineering – Industrial Visit on Artificial Intelligence

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative had the privilege of hosting the students of Ponjesly College of Engineering, Nagercoil, for an Industrial Visit Program at our office. The visit focused on the dynamic world of Artificial Intelligence (AI), giving students an opportunity to move beyond textbooks and gain first-hand exposure to how AI is reshaping industries, driving innovation, and opening up new career pathways in technology.

The sessions were facilitated by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, and Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, who shared in-depth knowledge on AI’s role in today’s business environment. Their engaging approach combined interactive discussions, real-world examples, and practical insights that allowed students to see the relevance of AI across multiple sectors. Students were encouraged to ask questions, participate in activities, and reflect on how technology can align with their academic and career goals.

In addition to technical learning, the program exposed students to the professional environment of a corporate workspace. Experiencing the culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation first-hand helped them build a clearer understanding of workplace expectations and professional readiness.

The industrial visit proved to be an eye-opening experience, equipping students with not just knowledge of AI but also the confidence to adapt to future workplace trends. It truly served as a bridge between classroom learning and industry application.
