Loyola Institute of Science and Technology – Industrial Visit 

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative had the privilege of hosting the students of Loyola Institute of Science and Technology for an insightful and activity-based Industrial Visit Program on “Opportunities in the IT Sector.

The session was facilitated by Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, who guided students through the evolving trends of the IT industry and the wide range of career possibilities it offers. Designed as an engaging and discussion-driven session, the program helped students bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry expectations.

Through interactive activities, real-time examples, and open conversations, students explored how innovation, adaptability, and communication play crucial roles in shaping successful careers in technology. Ajay encouraged students to think beyond academics, helping them identify emerging opportunities and align their skills with the needs of a competitive digital world.

The program not only enhanced their understanding of the IT landscape but also inspired them to take a proactive approach toward career planning and continuous learning.
