Campus to Corporate Session – Organized by IEEE at College of Engineering, Attingal

The IEEE Student Branch, in collaboration with Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative, successfully organized a Campus to Corporate Training Session hosted at the College of Engineering, Attingal. The program was aimed at empowering students to transition confidently from campus life to the corporate world by developing key professional skills, workplace readiness, and industry-aligned mindsets.

The session was led by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, who brought his extensive industry experience and engaging delivery style to the session. Through interactive discussions, case-based activities, and real-world insights, he guided participants in understanding corporate expectations, personal branding, adaptability, and effective communication. Students also explored how to align their strengths with professional goals and build resilience to thrive in competitive environments.

The event served as a powerful bridge between academia and industry, helping students recognize the importance of continuous learning, collaboration, and confidence as they prepare for their career journey. The enthusiasm and participation from the attendees reflected their eagerness to grow and apply the learning in real-world scenarios.
