Placement Training Program – Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a Placement Training Program for the students of Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology. The initiative was carefully designed to prepare students for campus recruitment by strengthening their confidence, polishing their self-presentation, and equipping them with the skills necessary to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

The sessions were facilitated by Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, and Dr. Jyothis Mohan, Certified Life Skill Trainer. Together, they brought a powerful mix of expertise and training styles that kept the sessions engaging, interactive, and deeply impactful. Their collaborative approach encouraged students to participate actively, ask questions, and reflect on how they could align their strengths with industry expectations.

Over the course of the program, students were immersed in activities, discussions, and practice-oriented sessions that boosted their confidence and improved their ability to perform under pressure. The trainers emphasized not only placement readiness but also the importance of cultivating a professional attitude, adaptability, and resilience—qualities that employers look for in future professionals. The program also highlighted how effective communication, critical thinking, and self-awareness can help students stand out in interviews and workplace scenarios.

What made the program truly unique was its focus on holistic preparation.
