2-Day MCA Induction Program – Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery 

Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully conducted a Two-day MCA Induction Program for the postgraduate students of Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery, designed to support students as they embark on their academic and professional journey. The program aimed to create a strong foundation for personal growth, skill enhancement, and career readiness, ensuring that students are prepared to thrive in both higher education and the evolving corporate world.

The sessions were led by Sujith Surendran (Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill & Corporate Trainer) and Ajay Sreedhar (UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer). Their dynamic training style combined practical knowledge with interactive discussions, inspiring students to step out of their comfort zones and develop a forward-thinking mindset.

Over the course of the program, students were engaged through dynamic sessions, real-life examples, and interactive activities that encouraged them to think differently and embrace the opportunities ahead. The training created a vibrant space for self-discovery, motivation, and inspiration, helping students step into their MCA journey with clarity and enthusiasm. Instead of focusing only on technical skills, the program emphasized holistic development—building the right mindset, confidence, and drive to make the most of their postgraduate experience.
