Empowering First-Year Diploma Students – Induction Program at Rajadhani Polytechnic College

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative successfully conducted an impactful Induction Program for the first-year diploma students of Rajadhani Polytechnic College, Nagaroor. This program was designed to welcome the students into their academic journey, foster a sense of belonging, and set the tone for their personal and professional growth. The sessions were filled with energy, interaction, and activities that encouraged students to step out of their comfort zones, build confidence, and create meaningful connections with their peers and faculty.

The training was led by Vishnu Prasad, an experienced HR professional and UNDP-certified soft skills and life skills trainer, along with Ajay Sreedhar, a UNDP-certified soft skills and life skills trainer. Both trainers brought their expertise and enthusiasm to the program, ensuring that every student felt motivated and inspired. The activities were tailored to help students adapt to their new environment, embrace teamwork, and develop a positive outlook towards the challenges and opportunities ahead. This interactive approach not only kept the participants engaged but also instilled a sense of excitement for their upcoming academic experiences.
