Placement Training Orientation at Kristu Jyoti College

Team Inspire & Srishti Innovative recently organized a comprehensive placement training orientation program for the final-year students of Kristu Jyoti College. The primary aim was to equip students with the necessary tools and techniques to confidently face campus recruitment drives. This session served as a stepping stone for students, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry expectations. The interactive and insightful sessions laid a strong foundation for students to shape their professional journey effectively.

The training was led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer. With his extensive industry experience and student-friendly approach, Vishnu Prasad delivered high-impact sessions that focused on resume writing, self-introduction, and interview techniques. His interactive training method encouraged students to participate actively and reflect on their career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.

The orientation served as a bridge between the classroom and corporate world, helping students build the mindset needed to tackle real-time recruitment challenges. The content was tailored to support professional development and boost students’ confidence in showcasing their potential during placement interviews.
